Once you have chosen the desired item, have it monogrammed or not, then click “Add To Cart”. Go to shopping cart and click “Checkout”. You will be invited to create an account or checkout as a guest. Follow through the screens until you receive a confirmation that the transaction is successful.
Once you have completed your purchase, and you realized you have made a mistake and want to change or cancel your order, contact us at info@phoeben.com.au as soon as possible so that we can assist you. Please note, it cannot be cancel or change if your item has been processed or dispatched.
Our products come with a PHOEBEN dust bag. If your purchase is a gift for someone, we can package your purchase in our PHOEBEN gift box*. Please indicate at checkout if this is a gift.

If you have a promotion code, just enter it in the “Promotion Code” field at checkout. Please note that these codes are case-sensitive. Once the code is entered, the offer will be directly applied to the amount of your shopping cart. You can only use one promotion code per order. All promotion codes are available for a limited time, while stocks last and cannot be used once expired.
